I paid more for sea view studio but end up I get a green view studio, the floor when i enter a lot of sand as well and the mattress dirty. The sofa also dirty. The lamp spoiled also .

I had terible experience stay under this management. Beds full of bugs, toilet were VERY dirty. Ask the management to clean up the unit but the management changed my room, after change room, same problem occur, toilet still dirty, FLUSH BROKEN, can't flush. Only bugs dissapear in the second unit. Please check carefully before you check in. I dont understand they actively open these unit for rental. you better check carefully ya. Aminities all A+ under the Timurbay, only this management were the main problem.

Keadaan bilik tidak memuaskan. Kami sampai pukul 8.00malam, lantai basah, lampu di katil tidak menyala, air-conditioning di katil tidak berfungsi walaupun telah dimaklumkan awal. Dinding di bahagian aircond berkulat seolah2 masalah air meleleh telah lama dan tidak diambil tindakan. Customer service tidak mesra pengguna. Cuma tempat parking luas dan banyak..

Great location as near the beach. Very clean and nice beach. Great to catch sunrise. The cafe opposite opened till 2am. So no worry about food. Food are cheap and good.

Good value for facilities, location and size of unit. Some maintenance issues, broken trim, chipped mug, Microwave and washing machine are perfect for the longer stay. Biggest complaint was being stuck at the property's security gate, with the car obstruction everybody else for nearly 15 minutes because there was no earlier instruction from 訂房網站 or Timurbay about the need to obtain a QR code via WhatsApp just to be able to enter the compound to register on arrival. This is a deal-breaker and certainly not a good way to begin a holiday. The security guard was working overtime to clear the other people with the same issue as me, so there is definitely a flaw in the system somewhere.
